How things evolved as UK MSP Aabyss, worked with customer Fusion21 in 2020. Fusion21 is a social enterprise dedicated to helping people buy smarter in the public sector with compliant procurement frameworks for property, construction and the built environment and offers a range of community regeneration services. The MSP, Aabyss was charged with upgrading the infrastructure and closing security vulnerabilities. This is a joint discussion with the customer and the MSP to cover how relationships change in a crisis and how the business model evolves.
As Chief Executive, Andrew is responsible for ensuring we stay true to our purpose and values. In a strategic capacity, he is also responsible for developing relationships with key partners and major accounts. Combining his unique challenging style and strategic vision, Andrew works with senior executives and business owners to bring about transformational change. He has held senior positions in Small Enterprises to Global Corporate. Andrew has consulted with and held Non-Exec positions in various industries such as Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, and Technology to name a few. As a Professional Member of The Chartered Institute for IT and his nearly 20 years in business, Andrew is able to connect with and help executives and owners leverage the power of technology to deliver lasting results. Outside of work Andrew is an active Rotarian, helping support local and international charities. As a former member of Mountain Rescue, he enjoys spending time with his family in the mountains.
Mark Chadwick is Director of Business Services at Fusion21 Ltd where he leads the business improvement, governance, R&D and business services functions. As an experienced transformational leader Mark has delivered change strategies to help organisations in social housing, social care and government to achieve success. Passionate about working with organisations that make a positive impact on the communities they serve, Mark is committed to delivering high levels of performance and success. His approach to aligning culture, skills, systems and processes has enabled the delivery of operations improvement projects, information strategies and growth plans. At Fusion21 Mark’s work with operational teams resulted in the award of external accreditations including ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environment). In addition, he recently led the successful bid for Investors in People GOLD award, putting them in the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believe in realising the potential of their people. A Chartered Manager and PRINCE2 Practitioner, Mark also holds a BA (Hons) and MSc in Information Systems and is a sessional lecturer in Information Management for the University of Loughborough.
